We want you to love your Secret Honey purchase. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ash@secrethoney.com.au.

• Returns accepted only for unused and sealed items.
• Food products (honey) cannot be returned once opened.
• Cosmetic products may be returned if unopened and in original packaging.
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the return is approved.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty.

Shipping Policy

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• Free shipping on orders over $55 AUD.
• Tracking details are emailed once dispatched.
