Refund Policy
We want you to love your Secret Honey purchase. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ash@secrethoney.com.au.
- Returns accepted only for unused and sealed items.
- Food products (honey) cannot be returned once opened.
- Cosmetic products may be returned if unopened and in original packaging.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the return is approved.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty.
Shipping Policy
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Free shipping on orders over $55 AUD.
- Tracking details are emailed once dispatched.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
