How much commission can I earn?
Approved affiliates may earn between 10% and 20% on eligible referred sales. Your approved rate may depend on factors such as audience fit, content quality, performance and the type of partnership offered.
Do I need a large audience?
No. We welcome creators of different sizes. A smaller creator with a relevant, engaged audience and genuine communication may be a stronger fit than a larger account with little connection to our products.
How are referrals tracked?
Approved affiliates receive access to a unique referral link and personal dashboard. Available tracking information, attribution rules and account activity can be reviewed through the affiliate portal.
Will I receive a custom discount code?
Custom audience discount codes may be provided to approved affiliates where suitable. Code availability, value and conditions are confirmed during or after the approval process.
When are commissions approved?
Commissions are reviewed after the relevant order has been verified and any applicable cancellation, refund or return period has passed. Invalid, cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or self-referred orders may not qualify.
How do affiliate payouts work?
Available payment details, payout status and applicable program conditions are shown through the affiliate platform. Payouts apply only to approved commissions and may be subject to the program’s minimums, verification requirements and payment schedule.
Can creators outside Australia apply?
Yes, creators outside Australia may apply. However, Secret Honey currently ships within Australia only, so creators with a meaningful Australian audience are presently the strongest fit for the program.
Will Secret Honey send me free products?
Product gifting is not automatically included with affiliate approval. Selected creators may be considered separately for gifted, paid or campaign-based collaborations when suitable.
Can I make medical or guaranteed-result claims?
No. Affiliates must describe products honestly and avoid misleading, medical, therapeutic or guaranteed-result claims. Content should reflect genuine experience and use the product information supplied by Secret Honey.
